  • PAX employees can choose from three CareFirst Health Plans

  • PAX contributes generously towards the cost of the Health Insurance premiums thereby reducing the cost to the employee.

  • PAX offers a Vision Plan through CareFirst Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

  • Coverage allows for routine eye exams, eyeglass frames, eyeglass lenses, eyeglass lens upgrades, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and follow-up and additional savings and discounts on eye-wear and accessories.

Dental

  • PAX offers enhanced coverage Dental Insurance through Met Life. Dental coverage is elective and all employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate

Paid Time Off

  • Holidays - We provide ten (10) paid Federal Holidays per calendar year.

Flex Time- Additional Hours

  • You can flex your hours as much as you like, limited only by the contract requirements.

  • Many engineers choose to work four 10 hour days (taking every Friday off) or 9/80 schedules (taking every other Friday off).
