Paid Time Off

  • Holidays - We provide ten (10) paid Federal Holidays per calendar year.

Flex Time- Additional Hours

  • You can flex your hours as much as you like, limited only by the contract requirements.

  • Many engineers choose to work four 10 hour days (taking every Friday off) or 9/80 schedules (taking every other Friday off).

  • Get paid for extra billed hours - Work as much as you want and reap the benefits

Additional Income

  • Employee Referral Bonus Plan - PAX receives the best hiring recommendations directly from our employees.

  • Create additional income streams by referring good engineers to our company.

  • Referring employee will receive monthly referral bonuses for as long as both they both are billing under PAX and the referred employee are billing under the PAX.

  • Spot Bonuses - PAX also believes in rewarding employees that go “above and beyond the call of duty”. We believe in sharing the additional profits generated due to the efforts of our engineers.
